Awful product. I bought this device around December 28th and now on February 27th the device no longer works. The battery is fine but no vapor is produced. When reaching out to the company I recovered the response of “buy a new one”. If you want your mod to last 2 months and then received zero help from customer service, this is the product for you. Unfortunately not the product for me.
